Founded in 2011, ECO is a UTILITY MANAGEMENT CONTRACTOR based in Jefferson County, Missouri. We provide a full array of specialty services to the water and wastewater industry. ECO is a professional contractor, with a strong safeguard for protecting public health, our groundwater and our waterways.
The staff at ECO have extensive backgrounds in a variety of disciplines including operations, management, design, construction and permitting of water/wastewater systems. This unique knowledge is a huge asset to our clients when it comes to long term planning and asset management.
SERVICES
ECO offers a wide range of services, from daily operations and maintenance, to emergency water and sewer main repairs, preventative maintenance, sample collection and laboratory testing, sewer/water construction and design consulting.
WATER & WASTEWATER OPERATIONS
Since 2010, ECO has provided FULL SERVICE contract operations for a variety of clientele including school districts, municipalities, public and private sewer districts and independently owned systems.
SAMPLING AND LABORATORY TESTING
We provide sample collection and laboratory testing adhering to all local and national regulations.
EQUIPMENT REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND SYSTEM UPGRADES
With over 35 years of experience, our service department can troubleshoot and repair or replace any component from motors and blowers to complicated control panels and electronic monitoring equipment. We also specialize in System Upgrades like adding disinfection, upgrading to remote monitoring, plant expansions and sewer main extensions.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
Our 24/7 emergency response is second to none. Our skilled staff along with our large fleet of speciality equipment can handle anything from sewer backups to pump/motor troubleshooting or replacement, as well as hydroexcavation and repair of sewer or water mains.
INFLOW AND INFILTRATION INVESTIGATION
ECO provides a number of I/I services to our customers looking to invest in their systems. Along with CCTV camera investigation of your assets, we also provide line cleaning, GIS locating and mapping as well as flow monitoring to give you a comprehensive look at your system.
